Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting AUWILD. We value all customers and work to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

  1. Courier selection

    We use a courier‑agent platform that connects to most major carriers. The system selects the most cost‑effectiveoption based on distance and price.

  2. Timely pickup (for depot/warehouse collections)

    Once your order arrives at the depot/warehouse, pickup must be completed within 3 days. If pickup is delayed beyond 2 days, the depot may charge a late/holding fee. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

  3. Multiple sets in one order

    When purchasing multiple sets of a product, the checkout shipping cost may only reflect a single set. Please contact us to adjust shipping to the correct amount. We will ship only after the correct shipping cost is received.

    • Business Address (commercial premises only)

    • Depot Pickup

    • Residential Address

      Please ensure you select the correct address type.

    • If the wrong address type is chosen (e.g., selecting Business when the delivery location is actually Residential), we will reject shipment until the address type is corrected and any shipping difference is paid.

    • If the error is discovered after dispatch, the recipient must pay the price difference and any carrier surcharges before final delivery.

      Shipping address types (choose one):

      We offer three options:

    • If a forklift is not available, please select Depot Pickup instead.

    • If a shipment goes to a Business Address without a forklift, the carrier may charge additional handling fees (typically AUD $200+). These fees are the recipient’s responsibility, and AUWILD will recover these charges from the recipient.

      Business Address requirements (forklift mandatory)

      Deliveries to a Business Address require a forklift on site to unload.

    • Packing fee: AUD $50 per item applies for palletised packaging when using your own freight company.

      Self‑arranged freight

      If you prefer to arrange your own freight, please contact us— we are happy to assist.

       

Order Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days.

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking once the order is picked up by the carrier.

  • Transit times depend on your location, carrier network capacity, and weather.

  • During peak seasons/holidays, shipping may experience delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Delays

  • Shipping time starts from the dispatch date (not the order date).

  • Delays may occur due to invalid/incorrect addresses, customs procedures, severe weather, and other events outside our control.

Payment Confirmation & Order Changes

  • Once your order is authorised and verified, a confirmation email will be sent.

  • After payment is verified, cancellations/changes may not be possible. We will, however, do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
