Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received itunused, uninstalled, undamaged, with all original labels, components, and packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

⚠️ Please do not return any items without contacting us first. If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
